SAFETY EXPLOSION-PROOF FILM

KAYSER uses high-quality PET explosion-proof film, no fading, no peeling, high heat insulation, high light transmission, anti-glare, low reflection, anti-ageing, high-temperature resistance of 80 ℃, and long service life, quality assurance of 5 years.

 

KAYSER Safety Explosion-Proof Film can effectively enhance the strength of glass two to four times. The film produces a protective effect because of its super-strong composite cross bonding characteristics. The super explosion-proof ability can prevent fragments from flying around, protecting the safety of each valued customer.

KAYSER Tempered Glass

Tempered glass is a kind of prestressed glass. To improve the strength of the glass, usually using chemical or physical methods to form pressure stress on the surface of the glass. When the glass is subjected to external forces, the surface stress is first offset, thus increasing the load-bearing capacity and enhancing the resistance of the glass itself to wind pressure, heat, cold, impact, etc.

  • Characteristics of Tempered Glass

    • Heat resistant: Tempered glass has good thermal stability, can withstand three times the temperature difference of ordinary glass, and withstand a temperature change of 200°C.

    • High strength: The impact strength of tempered glass of the same thickness is 3 to 5 times higher than that of ordinary glass, and the bending strength is 3 to 5 times higher than that of normal glass.
